Data we collect

When you register, place an order, or contact us, we collect the name, phone number, address, and order history needed to fulfill your purchase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and only share it with delivery partners when it is strictly necessary to ship your order.

Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed the same business day. Inside Erbil, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days. Other governorates take 2–4 working days depending on the courier. You will receive a WhatsApp or phone confirmation once your order is on the way. Cash on delivery is available; payment via bank transfer or in-store pickup is also supported.

About our products

Every product listed on the store is genuine and inspected before shipping. Stock counts are updated continuously and reflect what is actually available in our warehouses. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, our team will contact you to offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Returns & refunds

If a product arrives damaged or differs from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or refund you in full. Personalized items (custom names, logos, engravings) can only be returned if they arrived defective.
